| Associations,
organizations and small businesses within the Estonian community enjoy
the same rates, benefits and privileges as are available to individual
members. |
Cheques
for these accounts often need to be custom ordered to meet specialized
print requirements. These costs are debited to the member's account. |

| Associations need to complete a SIGNING AUTHORITY RESOLUTION (Association) which sets forth the names and authorities of its signing officers. A current CERTIFICATE AS TO OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS must also be completed. We are also required to maintain copies of any business registration documents as well as any updates to signing authorities in our files. Sole proprietors need to complete a DECLARATION OF SOLE PROPRIETOR which sets forth the name of the business, business registration information and a witnessed signature of the individual operating the business. |
For a partnership, the business registration information must be completed together with the names and witnessed signatures of the partners on a PARTNER ACCOUNT AGREEMENT. Corporations' need to complete a SIGNING AUTHORITY RESOLUTION (Corporation) which sets forth the titles and authorities of its signing officers as well as any other conditions affecting the account. These resolutions are typically approved by the Corporation's Board of Directors signed off by the Corporate Secretary. A CERTIFICATE AS TO OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS is also required. |
